Antonella’s Apartment
The 67 sq.m. CA Porticoes apartment is located in the historic center of Bologna. Crossing the typical streets of the medieval center, you can reach the main attractions of the city in just 10 minutes on foot: the Two Towers, Piazza Maggiore, the “Finestrella” of via Piella, the most interesting museums, etc.
The nearby university area offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shopping opportunities, and amenities such as bank, pharmacy, post office etc.
The apartment is on a quiet and peaceful street, on the first floor of a characteristic building above the famous porticoes (no elevator, as is typical for most traditional houses in the historic center of Bologna). It offers guests a spacious entrance opening onto a large living room with a kitchenette equipped with all comforts. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa with a smart TV. In the sleeping area, there is a double bedroom and a walk-in closet. The bathroom, equipped with an anteroom with a washing machine, offers a fresh design with a bath tub/shower. Air conditioning makes the stay more pleasant in the summer months. The train station is less than 20 minutes’ walk away.
