I took part in Love Italian’s homestay immersion program for one week, and it was a very beneficial experience. The program combined study with daily activities. I spent time in daily lessons, explored Bologna, and socialized with other students during pre-arranged “Aperitivo hours.” This mix of events allowed me to meet different people at different levels of learning and immersed me in the daily life of Bologna. The different personalities and teaching styles of Laura, Antonella, and Giovanna proved useful, creating a more realistic environment in which to learn.This was a great week, and I look forward to returning to Bologna and seeing my teachers again!
